This past Sunday, we headed up the mountain to Union Valley Reservoir with our friends canoe! It was a gorgeous day...85 and sunny in the mountains! It was our first canoing experience with the boys! Think they really enjoyed it...both took turns "paddling"...Daddy and Finn trolled for fish and were able to catch two rainbow trout. The largest was approximately 18 inches! Around lunch, we found a great beach to have lunch. The boys fished and threw rocks. We also watched a local bald eagle. Here are a few pictures from the day...
