Chet's 3rd Birthday!

Our baby turned three last week! We celebrated the occassion with friends!

As many of you know...my dad recently underwent cardiac bypass surgery. I'm happy to report that the surgery went well and he is expected to go home tomorrow! I just wanted to thank everyone for their prayers and support during this time! We are so fortunate to have such wonderful friends and family! Thanks again, Wendy

Apple Hill

Finally...a new post! Life has been so busy that we have not been able to go on any new adventures since Monterey! We were hoping to head up to Oregon for some great fall color, but had to cancel. Instead, we took a trip up to Apple Hill for some fall fun! Kara, Chet's tutor, was very brave and joined us for the adventure. Although not quite the color of the midwest...the grape vines and a few trees in the landscape have changed color. We also participated in the usual fall fun...pumpkins, apples, cider and fresh donuts! This weekend, we will be sticking around town to celebrate Chet's third birthday with friends! Of course we will post pictures of the momentous occasion...
